JOB : Sales & Business Developer

Fotosoft launched fotostudio.io in September 2018. It is a SaaS management tool specialized for photographers. Our platform helps photographers to better manage their activity via different tools (CRM, invoicing, accounting, online bookings, ...).

Our solution has already won several thousand french-speaking photographers and we intend to expand the service in France and Europe. In this context, we are looking for a Sales and Business Developer with excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.

Job Brief

Fotosoft is looking for people who are building and developing business by making Fotostudio.io a great customer experience and inspire anyone who is interested in the product. The Sales and Business Developer should be able to:

• Inspire trust - by having an in-depth expertise of Fotostudio and its fit in the day to day photograph environment and the market
• Radiate passion - by having a strong connection to the product and photography world in general
• Make an immediate connection - by being empathic, professional and social while keeping an aura of expertise without being arrogant or ‘in your face’
• Deliver a smooth and error free experience - by being structured and being flawless in planning
• Create a magical experience for the customer

As a Sales and Business Developer you will

• Develop Business for Fotostudio by being an expert and being able to radiate passion to potential Customers
• Become an expert of the product, knowing all its ins and outs
• Investigate in a lean approach the european market, using all the available knowledge already developed by the team
• Communicate this expertise on a daily basis via chat, call, face-to-face or email communication
• Plan demo/test sessions and/or meetings with potential customers and/or group of customers
• Do the test and meet all kinds of people with all kinds of questions
• Follow up after the test session
• Be responsible for your sales as your key activity
• Revert customer feedback to the Engineering and Manufacturing team to enable them to continuously improve the product
• Have the opportunity to grow in your role by potentially lead the team of Sales or move to key accounts or B2B opportunities

Requirements

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who:

• Has 0-3 years experience
• Holds at least a Bachelor degree, ideally in Business & Economics
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in english (french is a plus)
• Has a clear passion for photography and technologies
• Has experience with business development and/or partnerships

Location

Minimum 3 days per week at our office in Liège (Belgium). Work the other days of the week wherever you want.
