Fotostudio is an application published by Fotosoft SA, a Belgian corporation with its registered office in Liège, Belgium.

The platform enables professional photographers to manage their business (clients, contracts, galleries, invoices, emails, bookings, etc.) through a secure online workspace.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") define the rights and obligations between Fotosoft SA (hereinafter "Fotostudio") and any person using the platform (hereinafter "User").

• Access to Fotostudio requires the creation of a personal account and an active subscription.
• Fotostudio reserves the right to suspend or deny access in case of fraudulent or non-compliant use.
• Fotostudio is accessible 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.

• Subscription plans and pricing are shown on the official Fotostudio website.
• Payments are made online, by credit card or any other method offered.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No partial refunds are issued for periods already started.

You agree to use Fotostudio in compliance with the law, professional standards and good practices.

You specifically agree not to:

• Distribute or host illegal, defamatory, violent, discriminatory or rights-infringing content
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Compromise the security or proper functioning of the service

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload, host or share through Fotostudio (photos, videos, text, logos, etc.).
• Fotostudio does not moderate content in advance and cannot be held liable for illegal, inaccurate or rights-infringing content.
• In case of a third-party claim or manifestly illegal content, Fotostudio may suspend or delete the content or account without notice.
• You indemnify Fotostudio against any claim, action or damage resulting from the use of this content.

Fotostudio commits to making all reasonable efforts to:

• Ensure service availability (99.9% SLA)
• Protect hosted data against unauthorized access
• Regularly back up stored information

However, Fotostudio cannot be held liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Data loss caused by improper use of the service
• Force majeure events (disasters, global outages, etc.)

Data management, retention and deletion are detailed in the Privacy & Security Policy available on our website.

• All technical, visual and textual elements of the Fotostudio platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
• Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
• Content uploaded by you remains your exclusive property.

• These Terms remain in effect as long as your account is active.
• Fotostudio may terminate an account in case of non-payment, serious breach or abusive behavior.

• These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
• Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Liège.
